The service from Aledin was impeccable. In fact, as I told him on the evening we picked up our Octavia wagon, my wife and I appreciated his patience, his calmness, and his warm sales approach. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make our purchase smooth and as we wanted it without being pushy. The same can be said for Jodie who was extremely helpful in talking us through the numbers for our finance options and securing a finance for us. Nicole was also helpful in having the dash cam installed and ready for us on pickup of the vehicle and gave us a great price. Could not be happier with the service from the first enquiry to handover of keys.

I have had the most incredible experience with Jesse & Hamdy from Peninsula Škoda. Being a single woman and completely intimidated by car yards, I was so impressed that Jesse could drive the car to me for a test drive, to be able to sit at my dining room table and talk specs and finance with Hamdy made the whole experience, easy, comfortable and enjoyable. Jesse the dealer was super professional and lovely! Hamdy from finance was able to break everything down so I knew exactly what I was buying into. Josh and Hamdy (in fact the whole crew) are absolute champions! Bought a 2nd hand VW Passat and can’t complain about a single thing. Josh was approachable, upfront with info about the car and very easy to chat with. See this man if you need a car! Hamdy was a legend getting the finance sorted over a busy xmas period and having everything ready to collect before new years. Josh gave me a direct line to contact him if anything needed sorting (he answered my texts while on holidays!). Car had a very slight wheel imbalance upon driving it home, true to his word, Josh had it sorted with the brilliant service team within the hour, when I went back two days later. Would happily send friends and fam into see this wonderful crew!

Just so you know You got the business because you gave me a change over price over the phone (subject to me seeing your vehicle and you seeing mine). 2 other dealers wouldn’t do that without me going to see them which I didn’t have time for back and forth so thank you. Recently bought a polo GTI from this dealership and the experience from when I picked up the car hasn’t been great at all. I noticed the head rest at the back was missing. Not sure how you could miss this but upon questioning them they had no idea why it wasn’t there. There was no apology or ownership from them to atleast say, yes it’s our fault we apologise. I would like to think a duty of care comes into play when the car is ready for pick up. Also, buyer beware! Zach and Sam are both useless. No contact, no follow up calls. GTI I had purchased wasn’t even fully serviced! Would never buy from this place again. Will be contacting the ombudsman to take further action.

From the moment my partner and I walked in, the whole sales experience was second to none. Went in to check out a Kamiq as Skoda was the first on our list. Was greeted by Cole who not only made us feel at ease (as buying cars is nervous as hell) but you started to get the feeling nothing will be too much trouble. We saw this awesome blue Fabia Monte Carlo and instantly fell for it even though we never thought we would want a hatch and had our minds set on the Kamiq. Cole organised a test drive on the spot and was not pushy at all through the process and let us take our time. I think he knew we just got thrown a curve ball with the Fabia, as we thought we wanted the Kamiq. Ended up purchasing the Fabia on return. Cole organised delivery and made the whole pick up process easy. Not only was the service friendly and personable, but we felt treated with respect the whole time. Highly recommended, and if you’re in the city it is well worth the trip down to this large modern dealership.
